Connolly-Shorter-Getz Transportation (CSG) is a transportation consulting firm specializing in transit design, strategic planning, capital project development and service planning for the public transit industry.  Led by President Kevin Connolly, CSG Transportation brings planning experience across all transit modes – rubber tire, light and heavy rail and ferry.

Founded in 2026 and based in the San Francisco Bay Area, CSG Transportation offers analytical expertise paired with decades of experience within the transit industry.  Mr. Connolly has led numerous public projects and initiatives from inception to completion.

Kevin Connolly has worked in both the public and private sectors in transit and freight transportation. Starting with his early transit experience at BART, Mr. Connolly went on to lead transit planning programs at the Valley Transportation Authority and the Water Emergency Transportation Authority (SF Bay Ferry).  His consulting and real estate experience has focused on freight industry strategic planning, regional governance studies and stakeholder outreach programs.
